CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

DUTIES
Must be able to work cooperatively with team
Must attend to clients effectively. Must be able to step in positions of senior colleagues when the need arises.
Must be ready to carry out trainings and presentations when called upon.
Must have good conversation and telephone manners.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline is required.
He/she must possess good communication skill.
